“ Huge fan of these kind of ice cream places where they have handcrafted unique flavors. I heard they rotate flavors every month so I may have to come back at least once a month!I ordered their single split scoop and got their Qahwa and Lychee with Raspberry Rose. They're both great choices tbh. I love all things coffee flavor but the lychee flavor stood out more than the Qahwa. They have a few tables and a long counter for those that wants to chill and eat. Vibes here are pretty chill. The guy behind the counter was also really nice too. He was very personable with all of the customers. Long story short.. good ice cream and good vibes. 5 stars! ”
“ This spot is such a gem! The flavors are interestingz not too sweet, and tasty ! The texture of the ice cream is smooth and fresh and I don't aim to eat vegan and still enjoy their coconut based milk ice creams. Their flavors are seasonal! Matcha mango and banana dulce de leche - 2 flavors for a single scoop is a great value too. ”
“ I was in downtown Oakland for a work event, but decided to come by early to grab some ice cream ahead of time. The shop was fairly busy, with a few customers eating in, and a few people in line ahead of me. When it was my turn, I asked to sample a few flavors. I ended up ordering a double scoop of Mango Matcha and Lychee w/ Raspberry Rose Swirl on a waffle cone. Both ice cream choices were pairings of very different flavors, but surprisingly go well together. The server was not skimpy with her scoops, as my cone was (almost) overflowing with ice cream. Both flavors were delicious, and the waffle cone held up as I ate and walked to my work event. Thankfully, I grabbed some extra napkins before I left the shop so I didn't make too much of a mess. The next time I'm in downtown Oakland, I'll be sure to stop by and get more ice cream! ”
“ Miharu ice cream is one of my top to go to places for ice cream in downtown . They come out with most unique flavors and of course you can try samples to see what combo you want to get . Their freshly baked ice cream cones are deliciously crunchy. Everything I have tried here has been delicious with no disappointment yet . Customer service is always top tier and he is super nice . They also have a loyalty rewards program if you go a lot like we do is worth it ! Today I got the banana-tella with my all time favorite qahwa. I love bananas and coffee so best combo ever it reminds me of an iced banana mocha . Depending on the time you go the line can be a little long but goes quick and also a little loud from all the conversations happening . They are definitely worth checking out . When you go let Me know what you thought :) ! ”
“ OKAY Miharu, I'm a fan. A big one. You have a unique menu of flavors and your ice cream is super smooth and creamy with the right notes flavor. I am obsessed with the mild earthy Mugicha (roasted barley tea) and the blood orange fennel crunch is a notable tastebud tingler! The breakfast brownie with cornflakes and brownies is a tasty textural treat. Props to the ice cream staff who let me have a ton of samples! For the plant based pop, they are also very vegan friendly with coconut milk base for some of the flavors. The ambiance is very colorful and welcoming. It's next to Hot Bird so it's the perfect place for a cool treat afterwards. There is metered street parking but can be busy/challenging to find a spot during rush hour. Of course I'll be back and would love to try the lychee with raspberry rose next time! ”
“ Came here before a concert and enjoyed the quick bite! Good: - They let you sample any flavor you want - They have indoor seating - Unique flavors - I liked the brownie flavor a lot surprisingly Bad - Nothing too crazy that I've never had before Overall if I had a concert in the area would go. ”
“ Ahhh I love this place... Great rotating seasonal flavors! Right now my favorites are: Passionfruit- bright and tangy, I loooove this! It's hard to get a true passionfruit ice cream - try it! Oolong marmalade - I love tea flavored ice creams, this one is soft, creamy and the hint of marmalade is perfect. Pandan ginger- pandan anything is good imo Guava ginger beer sorbet- nice bright fruit, tangy, refreshing Signature flavors I love: Lychee rose - juicy lychee with a light rose flavor, I default to this anyday Qahwa- coffee ice cream, leans more Vietnamese coffee imo which is strong and creamy. Love! ”
“ My new favorite ice cream spot! I was not feeling very slay after work, so I decided to stop by and get myself a treat. The store is cozy and the man working there gave me some great recommendations. I got a single scoop with two flavors: banana w/ dulce de leche and breakfast brownie. The crunchy cornflakes on the breakfast brownie were so good and reminded me of a perfectly baked cake when paired with the ice cream. The banana was also great, though I wish I tasted the dulce de leche a little more. There's so many unique flavors of ice cream here! I'm excited to come back and try some more. Maybe today.... ”
“ With today's artisanal ice cream store options, I always feel slightly guilty for paying over $8 for a single scoop of ice cream (cough cough salt and straw). But Miharu had incredibly curated, thoughtful, and unique flavors for a reasonable price! A single scoop (which you could choose 2 flavors for) was only $5.50. I can't wait to go back and try more flavors! Food (5/5): We tried many flavors but the one I'd highly suggest is the Oksusucha! It's Korean roasted corn tea and sooo delicious. It wasn't too overpowering and you could eat a lot of it! Service (5/5): The owner and his partner come up with all the flavors and I could tell they have a big passion for their ice cream. I love supporting people like them! Ambiance (4/5): Some seating inside. Chill vibe and safe are of Oakland. There was street parking right outside the shop. ”
“ Cute little ice cream shop with great, interesting flavors to try! First timer and I got the London fog & lychee w/ raspberry rose. Both were pleasant but London fog over lychee w/ raspberry rose. The staff were helpful, friendly and patient. I wished that the pandan w/ ginger was with coconut instead of ginger. Whatever, I can't wait to be back! ”
